Planning a funeral is a difficult time, but Collins Funeral Services did their part beautifully. From the moment me and my mother enquired and started the process they were nothing but helpful in every way, there was no upfront deposit required either. We required my Father to be taken for a CT scan and Collins were able to which brought us great relief. We were then met with the lovely Samantha who throughout the entire process listened to our every request and need, we even had more casual chats and it felt very personal. My favourite thing was that Samantha and the company were incredibly flexible, anything and everything we wanted changed or edited or personalised was done. We were able to see our beloved Father free of charge multiple times, some places charge for that visit. Contacting them was very easy and we got appointments to go to the parlour immediately. We could not be happier with the service we were provided and would highly recommend Collins Funeral Services to anyone.
